Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with team members to identify areas of opportunity, coach, and provide individualized support to drive success.
  • Monitor and maintain regular performance metrics and reporting, ensuring that activity levels and targets are consistently met.
  • Network, hire, and support recruiting efforts to scale the SDR team as the company grows. Assist in onboarding and training new hires to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Conduct regular trainings and continuous education sessions for SDRs, helping them develop the skills needed to meet and exceed their objectives.
  • Lead 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews with individual SDRs, the team, and leadership to provide feedback and align on goals.
  • Generate and implement ideas for future growth, team culture, and collaboration, contributing to the long-term success of the department.
  • Work closely with Account Executive (AE) teams and AE leadership to ensure smooth transitions of leads and alignment on sales strategies.
  • Bring creative solutions to challenges and think strategically to enhance the effectiveness of the SDR team and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of proven and successful experience managing an SDR team in a fast-paced, B2B technology company.
  • Proven ability to understand, develop, and coach individuals to achieve their career goals and drive team success.
  • Experience with prospecting and lead generation, with a deep understanding of the sales development process.
  • Experience in partnering with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver effective SDR training programs to help the team hit key objectives and initiatives.
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, G Suite, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with AE teams and AE leadership to align on strategy and ensure successful outcomes.
  • A strong social presence for networking and recruitment purposes, helping to attract top talent to the team.
  • Based in or around Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, FL.
