About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager at Northeast Ohio Mobile Detailing is responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team. This role combines on-the-road client engagement, event attendance, and remote work, providing significant earning potential and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the SDR team by recruiting, training, and developing SDRs to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Manage the SDR team with a hands-on approach, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Engage in on-the-road client meetings, attend networking events, and represent the company at industry trade shows.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with company growth objectives.
  • Provide remote support for administrative tasks, sales tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in the sales process and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Build relationships with high-value clients, particularly for fleet accounts and high-ticket services.
