About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Relyance AI, you will be instrumental in driving lead generation and new business prospecting. This role involves collaborating with the Sales team to expand business opportunities across various industries and regions, while also articulating the company's value proposition to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach activities.
  • Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information through multiple communication channels.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos.
  • Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and generating updated email scripts.
  • Keeping Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads updated and current.
  • Documenting every prospect interaction in Salesforce, including LinkedIn messages, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Following approved practices for outreach to prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience generating sales opportunities with Enterprise prospects.
  • Awareness of competitive offerings with respect to competing products and services.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Core remote characteristics including being self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the security or privacy space.
  • Startup Experience.
  • Experience reaching out to CISOs, Data Privacy Officers, Chief Legal Officers, etc.
