About the position

Janie Health is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for making 50-75 calls per day to healthcare practices, dental offices, and medical contact centers. Your primary goal will be to qualify leads and schedule meetings with healthcare professionals who can benefit from our innovative AI solutions and remote office support services. This role is not just about making calls; it’s about building relationships and understanding the needs of our clients in the healthcare sector. We believe in the importance of coaching and development, which is why we offer extensive training through role-playing and shadowing experienced team members. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your career, with a clear progression path that can lead to higher roles such as Account Executive (AE) or team lead. The compensation for this position includes an uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $70,000 - $80,000, with a career progression plan that can increase your earnings potential up to $150,000 OTE.
