About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) is a pivotal role within the marketing organization, responsible for leading the demand generation strategy and execution primarily through digital channels. This position focuses on driving growth at Sea-Bird Scientific by leveraging various marketing techniques, including paid advertising, SEO, CRM, and email marketing. The GMM will manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring their development and effective execution of marketing strategies while aligning with the company's sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of digital marketers, supporting their growth and development.
• Develop and optimize a data-driven, multi-channel performance marketing strategy.
• Drive qualified lead generation and collaborate with Sales to optimize the leads process.
• Refine understanding of the customer journey and leverage marketing automation tools.
• Own search strategy, budget, and execution to drive awareness and growth.
• Understand and improve digital marketing reach to maximize access to core markets.
• Review, analyze, and communicate data-driven program performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Evaluate, select, test, and implement MarTech/AdTech solutions to enhance performance marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading a team of digital marketers in a technical industry.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
