About the position

The SEA General Manager at DL ERMC Aviation LLC is responsible for overseeing operations at the Seattle airport station, ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance with regulations, and effective team management. This role involves building partnerships with customers, managing performance, and leading a team to achieve operational and financial goals while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with customers and set the example for exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Review operational and financial reports to ensure station goals are met and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in employee relations investigations and resolve issues professionally and timely.
  • Promote and adhere to safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
  • Recruit new employees and promote team-building initiatives.
  • Perform coaching and mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained and audit safety records as needed.
  • Set, measure, and manage performance of self and others.
  • Lead team members in achieving operational and financial objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid In-State Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Completion of SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
