About the position

Brunswick's Integrated Manufacturing Center (BIMC), located in Merritt Island, Florida, is seeking an Electrical Assembler II to join our team. This facility supports the growth and development of renowned boat brands such as Sea Ray and Boston Whaler. As a part of our commitment to innovation and excellence, the Electrical Assembler II will perform a wide variety of tasks in a large yacht manufacturing environment. The role involves advanced electrical work on the production line, including motor wiring, dash wiring, and MDP panel wiring and troubleshooting, which are critical tasks performed during the final assembly phase of large boats. The Electrical Assembler II will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical components are assembled correctly and efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret production schedules, job descriptions, and technical prints. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma along with specialized electrical training or relevant experience in the field.
