The Search Consultant position at gpac is a fully remote role focused on executive recruitment. This position offers individuals the opportunity to transform lives by connecting candidates with their ideal job placements while also achieving significant earning potential through a commission-driven structure. The role emphasizes relationship-building with clients and candidates, and it provides comprehensive training and support for success in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
  • Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
  • Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
  • Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • A degree is preferred but not required
