About the position

The Search Consultant position at gpac is a fully remote role focused on executive recruitment. This position offers individuals the opportunity to transform lives by connecting clients with qualified candidates while enjoying a flexible work-life balance and significant earning potential. The role is commission-driven, allowing for earnings between 30-75% of production, and does not require prior recruiting experience as comprehensive training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
  • Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
  • Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
  • Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • A degree is preferred but not required
