The Search Consultant position at gpac is a fully remote role focused on executive recruitment. This position offers individuals the opportunity to transform lives by connecting clients with qualified candidates while enjoying a commission-driven compensation structure with significant earning potential. The role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and the use of recruiting tools to meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred but not required
