About the position

The Search Consultant / Recruiter role at Global Executive Solutions Group involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for leadership and C-Suite positions. This position is based in Fairlawn, Ohio, and requires collaboration with experienced leaders in the recruiting industry to cultivate new client relationships and meet existing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities.
• Engage and connect with senior-level leadership and C-suite executives.
• Work with existing clients to fulfill their talent needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Requirements

• 2+ years of search agency experience.
• Business Development or Outbound Sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required.
• Strong determination and grit.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in agency recruiting (2 years preferred).
• Experience in cold calling (2 years preferred).
