About the position

Global Executive Solutions Group is seeking a Search Consultant / Recruiter to join their team in Fairlawn, Ohio. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for leadership and C-Suite positions while also developing new client relationships. The position offers a collaborative environment with mentorship and a clear path for growth.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities.
• Connect and communicate effectively with senior-level leadership and C-suite executives.
• Work with existing clients to fulfill their talent needs.
• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates for leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA or BS).
• 2+ years of search agency experience.
• 2 years of agency recruiting experience preferred.
• 2 years of cold calling experience preferred.
• Experience in business development or outbound sales is a plus.
