About the position

The Search & Digital Marketing Specialist at Total Advertising, Inc. is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in search engines and social media platforms. This role requires a proactive team player who can analyze data, develop strategies, and implement best practices to enhance clients' online presence and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools, along with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analysis of clients' data weekly and monthly reports to detect red flags, drive optimization strategy, and effectively manage digital performance.
  • Creating, managing, organizing, and optimizing search, YouTube, and Display campaigns within Google Ads.
  • Developing and optimizing content towards relevant keywords for enhanced SEO to reach higher organic traffic numbers.
  • Using SEO tools to perform competitor research, detect technical issues, analyze link profile, and identify content opportunities.
  • Setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • Using Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic and user behavior on all sites.
  • Performing keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and Semrush to identify profitable keywords for both Paid and Organic search campaigns.
  • Building retargeting campaigns within AdRoll.
  • Researching and analyzing clients' competitors advertisements.
  • Developing and implementing link building strategy.
  • Working with the development and design team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on clients' websites.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven 2+ years SEO experience.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Experience building search campaigns within Google Ads.
  • Experience building YouTube & Display Campaigns within Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Hubspot.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience in developing and managing link strategies.
  • BS/MS degree in related field.
