About the position

Zuora is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to enhance its digital presence and drive customer acquisition through paid search channels. This role involves managing SEM campaigns from setup to optimization, allowing for strategic input and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop search engine marketing (SEM) strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage setup and execution of paid search strategy, including account settings and ad group organization.
  • Implement and optimize advanced bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to drive improvement.
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report updates to leadership.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Participate in quarterly planning and provide performance forecasts.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in paid search.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
  • Proven track record of executing and optimizing paid search campaigns with measurable results.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid search reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in web analytics, particularly GA4.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under direction.
