As a Search Engine Marketing Specialist at Octapharma Plasma, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of our organization, which attracts over 7 million visitors to our website. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the website, ensuring it meets industry standards and provides an excellent user experience. You will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that encompass both on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and thorough keyword research aimed at improving our website's visibility and organic search rankings. In this role, you will focus on organic optimization and maximizing ROI by identifying key SEO KPIs such as redirects, click rates, and bounce rates. You will communicate complex analyses through easy-to-use reporting and Microsoft Power BI visualization dashboards, covering aspects like demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, and strategic KPIs. Utilizing data analytics tools, you will track website performance, generate insights, and identify areas for improvement in both website functionality and SEO. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, display, paid social media, and SEM, to ensure maximum ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors will be essential to align marketing efforts and objectives. You will work closely with the analytics team to measure the success of SEO efforts and marketing campaigns, staying updated on industry trends, conducting competitor analysis, and recommending strategies for improvement. Additionally, you will implement testing methodologies such as A/B testing and Champion/Challenger tests to continuously monitor and optimize website and marketing campaign performance. Your role will require you to create and edit SQL queries to extract and transform data for analysis, ultimately delivering quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) across all channels. You will present performance reports and insights to senior leadership and department leaders, making your contributions vital to the organization's success.
