About the position
Grinnell College seeks a Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College (VPAA) to lead its innovative academic program. The VPAA will work closely with the President and a team of vice presidents and associate deans to enhance academic affairs, ensuring excellence in education, research, and advising. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that supports faculty and staff while advocating for the principles of liberal arts education.
Responsibilities
