About the position

The Search Marketing Manager will lead SEO, PPC, and website conversion rate optimization initiatives within the Digital Marketing team at CSC. This hybrid role requires a strategic leader with expertise in B2B digital marketing, focusing on both organic and paid search to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will manage a team, develop integrated marketing strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance performance across search channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an integrated B2B search marketing strategy encompassing SEO, PPC, and CRO.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SEO, PPC, and CRO specialists.
  • Act as the internal expert in organic and paid search marketing.
  • Oversee front-end and backend SEO to enhance visibility in search results.
  • Direct paid search strategy and execution, including keyword research and ad copy creation.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives across the website.
  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on search marketing performance.
  • Stay ahead of AI-driven search changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in search marketing with a strong B2B background.
  • Proven success in both SEO and paid search.
  • Experience in finance is a plus.
  • Comfort in providing a consultative experience to internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in technical and on-page SEO, as well as paid search management.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of search and CRO professionals.
  • Proficiency with analytics and enterprise search marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Strong understanding of generative AI search trends and implications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer-facing agency experience is preferred.
