About the position

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our team in Yonkers, NY. As a part of our mission to empower our associates and uplift our customers, this role is crucial in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The Seasonal Selling Associate will engage with customers, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise, particularly in our signature bras and lingerie collections. This position is part-time and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for driving store sales and growth by personally selling to customers and proactively engaging with them. You will assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and converting returns and promotions into larger sales. When assigned to the cash wrap, you will deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases. Additionally, you will be involved in processing merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready and maintaining the back room to brand standards. All associates at Victoria's Secret are expected to maintain a focus on driving top-line store sales results, preparing for each shift by being aware of all sales and promotions, and adhering to visual merchandising standards. You will also play a role in loss prevention and supporting a safe working environment, while building loyalty through our Rewards Program. Responsibilities

  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
  • Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
  • Recovers cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'.
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase.
  • Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and the mark out of stock process.
  • Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
  • Maintains awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable ringing procedures.
  • Takes initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell.
  • Assists in housekeeping of sales floor and communicates maintenance issues.
