As a Seasonal Associate at Famous Footwear, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shoe shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining store operations, engaging with customers, and promoting a positive store culture. Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are completed efficiently.
• Create a welcoming environment and foster a positive in-store culture for customers.
• Engage with customers to provide stellar service and enhance their shopping experience.
• Review store performance and drive sales to achieve set goals.
• Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures, and seek feedback for personal development.
• Support team members in their training and development efforts.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe styles to meet their needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Demonstrated positive communication skills with store associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
