Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are completed efficiently.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and provide top-notch experiences to customers.
• Review store performance and drive sales to achieve goals.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the store team to ensure understanding and collaboration.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity and seek feedback for professional development.
• Embrace diversity and inclusivity within the team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with training and development of teammates as needed.
• Make shoe recommendations to customers and ensure they leave with the perfect fit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or retail environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.
