About the position

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are completed efficiently.

• Review store performance and drive sales to achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and listen actively to ensure understanding.
• Maintain high standards of integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion when partnering with management.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
