The role requires a proactive approach to learning about fashion trends and product knowledge, enabling associates to provide expert advice to customers. The hours of operation for the store are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a variety of shifts throughout the week. Pre-employment drug screening is a requirement for this position, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
- Assist customers with purchases, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events.
- Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
- Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, cashiering, and cleaning.
