About the position

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our team at Ontario Mills. As a part of our mission to empower our associates and uplift our customers, this role is crucial in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The Seasonal Selling Associate will engage with customers, showcasing an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise, particularly in our signature bras, panties, and lingerie collections. This position is part-time and offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.25 per hour, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate various availability. In this role, you will be responsible for driving store sales and growth by personally selling to customers and proactively engaging with them. You will assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and converting returns and promotions into larger sales. When assigned to the cash wrap, you will deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases. Additionally, you will be involved in processing and replenishing merchandise to ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized according to brand standards. All associates at Victoria's Secret are expected to maintain a focus on driving top-line store sales results, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and supporting a safe working environment. You will also be responsible for building customer loyalty through our Rewards Program and maintaining awareness of all sales and promotions. This position requires a sense of urgency, a healthy competitive spirit, and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks, all while maintaining a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
  • Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
  • Recovers cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'.
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase.
  • Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and the mark out of stock process.
  • Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
  • Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment.
  • Maintains awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable ringing procedures.
  • Takes initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell.
  • Understands and adheres to visual merchandising brand standards.
  • Assists in housekeeping of sales floor and communicates maintenance issues.
  • Builds personal capability in loss prevention.
  • Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink.
