About The Position

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate who will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will engage with customers and exhibit a high level of product knowledge and expertise. This role involves various responsibilities depending on the assignment, including selling on the sales floor, processing transactions at the cash wrap, and maintaining merchandise standards in the back room.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is available for purchase.
• Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and the mark out of stock process.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable ringing procedures.
• Recovers and replenishes merchandise to ensure availability for sale.
• Communicates maintenance issues and assists in housekeeping of the sales floor.
• Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink and supports activities related to providing a safe working environment.
