About the position

This is a seasonal, temporary position with potential for part-time or full-time employment following the 2024 holiday season. We are hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Back of House Associate to join our Dallas, Knox-Henderson team. Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits one of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education, world-class-service standards, and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand, and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger bond with loyal Away fans. Responsibilities

• Support the customer experience by managing stock and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and reliable data for cycle counts
• Process new deliveries and customer shipments
• Manage inventory controls and shrink, using our inventory management system
• Deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer in a way that is uniquely Away, whenever needed on the sales floor
• Represent our brand and our core values
• Work in-store programs and events as needed
• Maintain the integrity of the space and uphold our standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Inventory experience in a retail environment; extremely beneficial but not required
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people
• Comfortable working with all types of personalities
• Maintain cool under pressure
• Effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail
• Creative and innovative; love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
• Agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Passionate about transforming travel for all
• Able to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift
• Able to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift
• Able to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
