About the position

As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through your passion for beauty. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients by identifying their needs and providing an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute visual merchandising standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs.
• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and their application to drive sales.
• Engage in and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Manage inventory from receipt to sale, including freight processing and replenishment.
• Support visual elements of the department and communicate any missed or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Act with integrity and honesty while fostering teamwork in an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly and concisely.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
