The Seasonal Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging with guests, providing product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to determine their individual needs and provide personalized service.
- Conduct cashier tasks and handle customer service inquiries, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest experience.
- Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests and drive sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling competency.
- Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently as well as part of a team.
