About the position

The Seasonal Beauty Salesperson for Women's Fragrances at Nordstrom is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and relationship building. This role involves both in-store and digital selling, utilizing various tools to meet sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work in different departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Provide the best service to customers on their terms.
  • Offer honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
  • Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and light cleaning.
  • Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
