About the position

Lucid Motors is seeking part-time, seasonal Brand Ambassadors to support studio teams during extended hours from November 18th to December 31st. This role involves engaging with guests, gathering customer information, scheduling test drives, and ensuring a positive customer experience as part of the electric vehicle revolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of engagement for guests at the Studio.
• Gather customer contact information.
• Schedule test drives for potential customers.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Direct guests to the appropriate point of contact.
• Support the studio team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Exceptional people skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in a customer-facing industry such as food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding customer journey for guests.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
