About the position

Lucid Motors is seeking part-time, seasonal Brand Ambassadors to support studio teams during extended operational hours from November 18th to December 31st. This role is crucial as it serves as the first point of engagement for guests at the Studio, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience as part of the electric vehicle revolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Lucid Ambassador and the first point of engagement for guests at the Studio.
• Gather customer contact information.
• Schedule test drives for potential customers.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Direct guests to the most appropriate point of contact within the Studio.
• Support the studio team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Exceptional people skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in a customer-facing industry such as food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding customer journey for guests.
• Patience and professionalism in interactions with guests.
• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
