About the position

The Seasonal Brand Marketing Manager is a strategic role focused on shaping and driving the brand's marketing direction for Spring/Summer 2025. This position involves leading the seasonal brand strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated consumer experience. The manager will elevate the brand while aligning with commercial priorities and executing seasonal plans effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and manage the seasonal marketing direction and brand narrative for SP/SU25.
  • Lead the creation of seasonal brand concept maps and coordinate the development of marketing briefs in collaboration with Geo Brand Marketing teams.
  • Champion the North America consumer by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to inform geo-specific strategies.
  • Act as a central point of contact between North America and Global teams, ensuring alignment of ideas, plans, and strategies.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to capture results and learnings from key initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful seasonal campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and experience leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies, managing relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex, multi-faceted projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
