Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
- Achieve individual sales associate goals that support store goals.
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
- Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays.
- Complete opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management.
- Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, handling cash accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
- Participate in the preparation for the store's inventory.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
