About The Position

The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) at Altar'd State plays a crucial role in driving revenue and providing exceptional guest service. This position focuses on relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store environment. The Brand Representative is responsible for achieving individual sales goals that contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
• Achieve individual sales associate goals that support store goals.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and providing change without error.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to management.
• Assist in the preparation for store inventory and maintain organization of merchandise.
• Construct merchandising and window displays to enhance store presentation.
