Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through exceptional guest service and relationship building.
- Achieve individual sales associate goals that support store goals.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment.
- Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
- Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and providing change without error.
- Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
- Assist in the preparation for store inventory and maintain organization of merchandise.
- Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting frequently.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
