The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) plays a crucial role in driving revenue and providing exceptional service to guests. This position is part-time and reports directly to the Store Leadership. The Brand Representative is responsible for building relationships with guests, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. The role requires consistent achievement of individual sales goals that align with the overall store objectives. The Brand Representative is expected to provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations, which is central to the Altar'd State service standards. This includes acknowledging and interacting with guests to foster loyalty and consistently receiving positive feedback. Effective communication with store management and guests is essential, as is treating everyone with respect and valuing diversity. The Brand Representative also acts as a positive role model for fellow associates, supporting a culture of learning and trust. In terms of processes, the Brand Representative will complete opening and closing procedures, maintain organization within the store, and perform register transactions efficiently. Adherence to loss prevention practices is critical, as is maintaining a safe work environment. The role also involves assisting in inventory preparation and ensuring accurate timekeeping through the company's attendance system. The presentation aspect of the role includes assisting in merchandising and window displays, maintaining a clean store environment, and representing the brand through appropriate dress and grooming standards. The position requires physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly. Overall, the Brand Representative is integral to the store's success and the brand's mission of giving back to the community.

Requirements
