About the position

The Seasonal Brick Specialist at LEGO® Brand Retail is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant store environment. This part-time role focuses on engaging with guests, ensuring a clean and visually appealing store, and assisting with stockroom operations. The position emphasizes fun and meaningful interactions with guests while embodying LEGO's brand values.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests' expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them and performing cash register functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays.
• Safely operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain stockroom standards.

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Experience in processing information and merchandise through a register system.
• Flexibility to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
