About the position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. This role involves executing account servicing, acquiring and activating new members, and ensuring compliance with operational programs. The outfitter will also demonstrate products, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide a unique experience for both potential and current members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to guests.
  • Proactively greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
  • Execute all operational and compliance programs related to the CLUB.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable of sales.
  • Help meet metric goals and objectives for self and store.
  • Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth organized.
  • Process payments, answer account questions, and handle applications for CLUB Members.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
  • Offer peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate.
  • Assist in various areas of the store based on business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
