The Seasonal Customer Care Representative role at our family-owned bakery focuses on providing exceptional customer service during the holiday season. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
• Efficiently process orders received by phone, mail, and in-store.
• Offer product information and recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems; experience with Oracle/NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
