About the position

The Seasonal Customer Service Sales Associate at StretchLab Deer Park is a part-time role focused on promoting studio growth through membership sales and exceptional customer service. This position involves engaging with potential and current members, managing leads, and executing grassroots marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. The role is seasonal, running from mid-November to early January, and offers opportunities for advancement within the studio.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, membership sales presentation & close.
  • Book and confirm stretch appointments & intro sessions.
  • Assess first time appointments.
  • Social Media Studio posting, Email marketing, Grassroots Marketing, out of studio pop up events.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants.
  • Maintain a high level of member retention with exceptional customer service & proactive communication.
  • Maintain a high level of membership sales production & sales goals.
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present available services, memberships & packages to current & prospective members.
  • Book quality appointments and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions.
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent membership sales, phone & text communication and customer service skills required.
  • Health or Fitness Membership Sales experience required.
  • Social Media & Canva proficiency.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch.
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday.
  • Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
  • Able to work under pressure, time management, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills, customer service & phone etiquette.

Nice-to-haves
