About the position

The Seasonal Digital Customer Service Associate at Total Wine & More plays a crucial role in enhancing the online customer experience by assisting with in-store order pick-up and curbside delivery. This position is designed to provide fast and efficient service to customers purchasing online, ensuring they leave with a positive impression. The role involves processing transactions, selecting and packing products, and supporting merchandising and online order fulfillment. This is a short-term position, lasting no longer than six months, with the potential to apply for a regular role afterward.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and establishing a relationship with customers while informing them of products.
• Fulfill online orders through product selection, packaging, and order placement for in-store pick up, curbside pickup, or delivery.
• Assist in selecting, sorting, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate any inventory issues or concerns to leadership.
• Support other areas of the store as a cashier or stock associate as needs arise.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, breakroom, and bathroom.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, depending on preference for part-time or full-time hours.
• Experience using technology applicable to the position and accessing information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Value collaboration and act as a team player.
• Physical ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
