About the position

As a Seasonal Digital Customer Service / Stocking Associate, you will support the online customer base by assisting with in-store order pick-up and curbside delivery processes. This role is crucial for enhancing the customer service experience, ensuring fast service for online purchases, and involves processing transactions, selecting, and packing products. The position is available in both part-time and full-time capacities and is expected to last no longer than six months, with the possibility of applying for a regular role thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by greeting and establishing a relationship with customers while informing them of our products.
  • Fulfill online orders through product selection, packaging, and order placement for in-store pick up, curbside pickup, or delivery.
  • Assist in selecting, sorting, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
  • Maintain inventory levels and communicate any inventory issues or concerns to leadership.
  • Support other areas of the store as a cashier or stock associate as needs arise.
  • Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, breakroom, bathroom, etc.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, which may depend on preference for part-time or full-time hours.
  • Experience using technology applicable to the position and accessing information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Value collaboration and act as a team player.
  • Physical ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
