About the position

As a Seasonal Dry Goods Sales Support, you will enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support during the sales process. This role involves engaging with customers, managing transactions, and ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and available. You will be a key part of the team, contributing to a welcoming shopping environment and helping to drive sales during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers sincerely and being friendly.
• Ring POS transactions and manage key account information.
• Answer telephone calls and assist callers with inquiries.
• Unpack and display stock to ensure merchandise is readily available.
• Wrap and bag merchandise for customers.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and engage with customers effectively.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with merchandise display and inventory management.
