About the position

As a Seasonal Dry Goods Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support during the sales process. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the store.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers sincerely and being friendly.
• Ring POS transactions and key account information.
• Answer telephone calls and assist callers.
• Unpack and display stock in an organized manner.
• Wrap and bag merchandise for customers.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
