REEDS Jewelers is seeking a Seasonal E-Commerce Customer Service Associate to join their Customer Care team. This role involves providing exceptional assistance to customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Associates will engage with customers, process transactions, and resolve any issues that may arise, all while embodying the values of the company.

Responsibilities

• Answering and interacting with customers through calls, emails, and chat.
• Providing and processing tele-sales transactions.
• Actively listening to customers to troubleshoot concerns and provide resolutions.
• Offering knowledgeable insight into merchandise, services, and funding options.
• Serving as a liaison between customers and brick-and-mortar locations.

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level position.
