The Seasonal Field Service Technician I role at Westinghouse involves providing field services at nuclear power plant sites, either operational or under construction. Responsibilities
- Act in the capacity of resource lead to support project preparation for field deployment.
- Perform service center support functions, including service equipment maintenance and facility decontamination.
- Pack and unpack equipment for shipment preparations and conduct material handling and calibration activities.
- Review operational and maintenance procedures and drawings in detail.
Requirements
- High school graduate or recognized equivalent is required.
- 2 years post high school degree/certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Specific knowledge and training in electrical, electronic, or mechanical curriculum is required.
- Knowledge of algebraic formulas is necessary.
- 0-3 years of related experience, with the possibility of substituting additional experience for formal education.
