About the position

The Seasonal Field Support Technician is responsible for the setup and breakdown of kiosks in various retail locations. This role involves physical tasks such as driving a moving truck, carrying equipment, and ensuring the kiosks are properly maintained and presented according to brand standards. The position requires a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Drive a moving truck to transport equipment to various locations.
• Carry equipment into the location and set up kiosks as required.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workplace, including tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Meet deadlines to ensure locations meet brand and marketing appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Driver's license preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of computer/tech installation.
