The Seasonal Guest Advocate position at Target involves providing exceptional guest service and support across various departments, including General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Front of Store. Team members will engage with customers, assist with product inquiries, and ensure that merchandise is well-stocked and presented effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Accurately handle cash register operations and transactions.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products efficiently.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns quickly and effectively.
• Ensure merchandise is in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business priorities and sales goals.
• Adapt to current technology needs and processes.
• Climb up and down ladders to access merchandise as needed.
• Lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds safely.
