Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling.
- Engage with guests to exceed service expectations and enhance their experience.
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb up and down ladders as needed for stocking and merchandising.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
