About the position

The Seasonal Housekeeping & Operations role at Kohl's focuses on maintaining a clean and safe environment within the store. This part-time position involves performing daily cleaning tasks, managing supplies, and supporting operational processes to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and resolve customer issues satisfactorily.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and service goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
