About The Position

Requirements

• Previous janitorial experience.
• High school diploma.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work with or without mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces.
• Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Operate motorized equipment for cleaning.
• Perform job duties in accordance with MSHA law and regulation, established company safety procedures, and State and Federal environmental regulations.
